Returns & Refunds

If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Installed or used StompCharms are not eligible for return (adhesive is single-use)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective

  • If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos

Final Sale Items

  • Sale, clearance, or limited drops are final sale unless defective
