Returns
ā¢ We accept returns within 30 days of delivery
ā¢ Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
ā¢ Installed or used StompCharms are not eligible for return
(adhesive is single-use)
Refunds
ā¢ Once your return is received and inspected, weāll notify you
ā¢ Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
ā¢ Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
ā¢ We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective
ā¢ If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos āØ
Final Sale Items
ā¢ Sale, clearance, or limited-edition drops are final sale unless defective
